An outside the box look at how to treat common running injuries.

Golden’s view of managing, preventing, and treating running injuries in a snapshot:

1) Run off-road or on other uneven surfaces as often as possible

2) Learn and practice efficient, low impact running technique

3) Be balanced and be an athlete – do something athletic besides running that incorporates side to side motions

4) Don’t over-train (Good luck with that one!)
